2015 Toyota Prius C/Aqua Convertible

Looks like the convertible version of the Prius C could actually make it into a production model.
Toyota presented a Concept version of the car at the latest Tokyo auto show. Which looked very close to a production car.

So this could be the first Hybrid Convertible. Ever.

The first picture looks like it could be a new version of the C30 Hatchback.
The second picture looks like it could be the next XC90
And the 3rd one just looks like an AWD version of the Concept Coupe.

It is basically a 2 door concept version of the next XC90, coming up next year.

Nothing really new of course.
But it might be enough for the new company to generate some cash.

An electric version is coming next year.

I think it is really good to see a brand like Saab back. I don't really care who brings it back.

Seems that a lot of people are pissed, or even angry about Saab rising from the dead. (At least idiots on the web).
Nobody has to buy one if they don't want to. As far as I am concerned, I just like cars, the more car brands the better.

Zotye T600

Can't afford an Audi Q5, or a VW Touareg?
Get a Zotye instead, you will end up with a little bit of both.
(It is the exact same size as the Q5.)

As you can see, the new T600 is yet another Chinese copy.
For now you are getting a 1.5 Liter engine with 150HP. Later a larger 2.0 Liter with 177HP will be an option.

But the main attraction here is the price.
Which comes out to around $13 000 to $16 000. (!)
Yes. Unbeatable...

I can't help but wondering if there would be a market for something like this in the US.
Something that looks a bit upscale, for about $15 000. (For people who don't mind driving a copy of something else)

After all, Trader Joe's is selling millions of $1.99 wine bottles every year. So people do buy cheap stuff...

The current model will be produced until mid-2014.
An all new one will follow.
I guess there is a market for a car-based pick up truck after all.
